Dr. Altintas is the founder of NIA Technology Advisory, where he serves as an executive advisor and consultant, specializing in AI, digital transformation, and technology strategy. He also serves as board member at Anadolu Insurance and Foneria (Turkey’s investment fund marketplace). He previously served as CIO at Akbank, Board member at Akbank AG, Akportföy, Aköde, and Bulutistan, and engineering director at Cybersoft

With extensive experience in enterprise IT management, fintech, digital banking, process improvement, operational excellence, and software product development, he provides strategic consultancy services to drive organizational success and innovation.

He also serves as a lecturer at Sabancı Business School, teaching Digital Transformation and Innovation in Executive MBA and Professional MBA programs.

He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Executive MBA degree from Sabanci University, and executive education from MIT Sloan School of Management
